DuskCam

Terms of Use

Last updated October 6, 2026

Short version: DuskCam is licensed under Apple's standard terms. You own your photos. DuskCam improves exposure, color and straightness, and it never fakes the property. You're responsible for following your MLS's rules and any disclosure laws when you use the photos.

The license

DuskCam is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). These terms add a few points about how the app is meant to be used. If anything here conflicts with the EULA, the EULA wins.

What DuskCam does to your photos

DuskCam takes several real exposures and blends them on your iPhone. It adjusts brightness, contrast and color, averages frames to reduce grain, and can level and straighten the picture (which crops the edges slightly). It does not replace skies, add or remove objects, or change the property in any way.

Your responsibilities

Your photos

Photos and videos you take with DuskCam are yours. They stay on your iPhone. We never receive them (see the privacy policy).

Subscriptions

DuskCam Pro is a subscription billed by Apple. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

No guarantees

We work hard on photo quality, but results depend on the scene, the light and your iPhone, and the app is provided as described in the EULA, without warranties beyond what it states.
